Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, or peak periods.
We cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@kosalei.com within the 14-day period.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Returns and Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs, unless required by applicable law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
